The ItaLearn curriculum is carefully designed to prepare students for a successful professional and social life in Italy through a complete combination of Italian language learning, cultural development, and practical vocational training. Students develop essential communication skills in Italian, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and conversation, while also learning about workplace culture, professional etiquette, hygiene standards, and health & safety practices in Italy. Alongside this, students receive theoretical and hands-on training in their chosen specialization, including Housekeeping, Banconista/Waitering, or Kitchen Staff & Food Preparation, ensuring they become confident, skilled, and fully job-ready for career opportunities in Italy.

  • Eligibility: Minimum HSC pass and aged 18–25 (up to 35 years if holding a relevant hospitality or culinary diploma)
  • 3-Year Program: A structured 6-step course pathway progressing from foundational training to advanced specialization .
  • Attractive Salary: Guaranteed salary structure in Italy starting at €1,000/month during internships and scaling up to €1,680/month for specialized roles .
