Course Overview
The ItaLearn program is a comprehensive 3-year training pathway designed to prepare students for successful careers in Italy through six progressive courses that combine Italian language learning, cultural adaptation, and professional vocational training. The curriculum is built around three core areas: Italian Language Training, designed to develop communication skills from beginner to intermediate (B2) level. Workplace Hygiene, Social Skills, and Cultural Development, helping students understand workplace etiquette, safety standards, and Italian culture. Professional Specialization, providing practical vocational training in Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation to build job-ready skills. The program begins with a foundation course in Bangladesh and gradually progresses through higher levels of Italian language proficiency while integrating professional and personal development. From Course 2 onward, students who relocate to Italy may participate in paid 40-hour-per-week internships with monthly earnings ranging from €1,000 to €1,680, helping support living expenses while gaining real workplace experience. Additional benefits include structured career and relocation support, internship coordination, embassy documentation guidance, and an additional 50 hours of specialized training in Italy after program completion, ensuring students are fully prepared for international career opportunities.
